From onboarding to engagement, a clear path to consistent content.
Quick Onboarding
Agents answer a short set of guided questions so ModernCue can understand their brand voice, audience, and business goals. This information is used solely to personalize content suggestions within the platform.
Secure Account Connection
Agents securely connect supported social media accounts using official platform authentication (OAuth). ModernCue only accesses data explicitly authorized by the user and only for the purposes described. Users may disconnect their accounts at any time.
Create Content
ModernCue generates draft posts aligned to the agent's voice and preferences. Agents can edit, regenerate, approve, schedule, or discard any content before publishing. Nothing is posted automatically without user approval.
Publish & Schedule
Approved content can be scheduled or published to connected platforms from one place. Agents maintain full control over what is published and when.
Engagement & Follow-Up
ModernCue may surface engagement data (such as comments) from connected accounts to help agents respond in a timely and professional manner. ModernCue does not send messages, post replies, or perform follow-up actions without user direction.
Optional CRM Sync
For users who enable it, ModernCue can sync selected interactions to supported CRM platforms. CRM syncing is optional and only occurs after explicit user activation.
Agents always remain in control of their content, connections, and publishing activity.
