Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your ModernCue account and connected data.

If you connected your Instagram account to ModernCue and want to delete your associated data, you may submit a deletion request at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@moderncue.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your ModernCue account
- Your Instagram handle
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are processed within seven (7) days. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you by email.
What We Delete
- Stored access tokens associated with your connected social account(s)
- Retrieved engagement data (including comment-related data and basic metadata)
- Saved drafts and generated content stored in your account
- Account profile data associated with your ModernCue account
What We May Retain
We may retain minimal financial, billing, or audit records where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations.
Confirmation
After deletion is completed, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your request.
